Robert graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2001 and attained his MSc in Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2005. In the same year, to further enhance his knowledge of Spinal Dysfunction, he undertook a certification course in Spinal Manipulative Management in Guangzhou. Since then he has been busy working both as a clinical and sports physiotherapist specializing in spinal, postural and musculoskeletal ailments.
As an active sports person, it is only natural for him to incorporate his interests with his profession as a physiotherapist. So besides working in clinics he also spends his time working as a tournament physiotherapist for the International Tennis Federation Junior Hong Kong Tennis Open and the Hong Kong Badminton Open. Currently he is the team physiotherapist for both the men’s Hong Kong National Cricket Team and the Hong Kong U19 Cricket Team.
He is a certified personal trainer and an exercise specialist. During his pastimes he maintains his fitness by working out in the gym, playing tennis and swimming.
Born and bred a “Scouser”, Robert speaks excellent English and is surprisingly fluent in Cantonese. |
