Rachel moved to Hong Kong in 1995 after working in various other countries within the sports industry. She has worked extensively with children from running sports curriculum’s and classes to outdoor physical education camps within Hong Kong. 

Acquiring a vast understanding and in depth knowledge both professionally and personally about the importance of movement for over all development, she also noticed a constant and significant connection between the brain and body regarding movement and learning. This inspired her to dig deeper to find the root cause of learning difficulties. Rachel went to train and study in South Africa in 2004 with Professor Shirley Kokot to become a specialised therapist working with children from 5 years upwards. Rachel splits her time between teaching sports to children in a group environment and one on one therapy with children and their families. Rachel is able to utilise and draw the various therapies together to ensure each child is receiving the best possible program and care to help enhance, support and promote their natural development.
