Fine Motor Skills

An Occupational Therapist led small group to improve fine motor skills, organisational skills and coordination.

• Engaging techniques and activities that help improve a child’s self-confidence, pencil grip, and body awareness skills

• Multisensory techniques and consistent habits for letter formation to help all children learn the skills needed for printing through to cursive
• Instructional methods that use fun, entertaining, and educationally sound principles
• Developing handwriting using the Handwriting without Tears programme.

Group size is restricted in order to allow for optimum contact time with the therapist running the group. There will be a maximum of 5 children in the group.
